Products don't match advertised designs. When they don't it's not their problem, it's the designer's fault. Some customer service. I'm all set. Done doing business with ya. Thanks.

No phone support, email response delayed until they could say too late to change design. Wasted hundreds. Snarky, uncaring, bad quality. Look elsewhere.

Asked to cancel order minutes after I placed it.
Customer service rep. Responded by asking if I was sure I wanted to cancel it. After 5 emails back and forth they had waited so long the order went into production then they refused to cancel it

Customer service rep would not cancel it. Instead they kept asking if I was sure I wanted to cancel that order.
They eventually waited so long the item went into production then they “couldn’t cancel it” and said I should have asked to cancel before it entered production

Service was very good. Had an issue with possible double charge (error on my end) but they were fast to respond.
So far, there have been no issues with my parts.
Delivery on last order was fast - way better than their original posted ship date.

Shapeways has been helping me with my projects since 2014. Their service has always been reliable. On the very rare occasions that there was a mishap, Shapeways was quick to remedy it.
I strongly recommend Shapeways.

I absolutely recommend this service for the most professional level of printed products anywhere. Quick story: I had trouble with some designs that I picked up from Thingyverse because I had them resized to a smaller scale. They did in fact point out that a number of areas would be extremely thin to print and gave me a choice to print it anyways OR to resend it in after editing the models myself. Problem is that I don't work with 3D modeling and it would take me forever to figure out how to fix it all. I emailed their customer service about it and the kind folk at Shapeways made an exception for me and fixed up all the designs for me. Such great people. Emails were all sent back and forth within a day; very satisfied with their support team. Thank you again!

Right from the start I was impressed by their service with target delivery/production dates given and subsequently matched. Delivery was marred by one of the delicate products being damaged as a result of some sort of impact whilst in transit and defeating the protective packaging. However Shapeways were immediately responsive by offering a replacement and the order was then satisfactorily completed.

Very helpful and produce great quality items. Gives great information on how to proceed with your design.
